Remembering the nearly 100 Basque refugee children in Wickham Market (Suffolk): jointly organised by Wickham Market Area Archive Centre and the BCA’37UK Basque Children’s association. Featuring the unveiling of a commemorative plaque, an exhibition and talks by historian Adrian Bell and Ed Packard (University of Suffolk). IBMT's annual commemoration at the International Brigade memorial, located in Jubilee Gardens, on London’s Southbank, SE1. With music, spoken word and wreath-laying. Starts at 1pm and runs for about an hour. Followed by an informal social at Horse & Stable pub on Westminster Bridge Road.

 Unveiling of an IBMT plaque in the municipal cemetery of El Perelló, near Tarragona, to mark the remains of two British Battalion members, John Ferguson and James Scott, in a mass grave where the bodies of many Spanish Republicans are also buried. The unveiling coincides with the 80th anniversary of the final action of the British Battalion in the Battle of the Ebro.
